You might be facing uncertainties about new classmates, teachers, and the overall environment. • Orientation: You may get a tour of the school or learn about new rules. Maybe you have locker and need to get your code or get familiar with your new classroom. Don't worry, your teachers will be there to guide you.

  • Meeting Teachers: Speaking of teachers, this week, you'll meet your new teachers and learn what subjects you're going to study. This might seem intimidating, but it is also rather exciting. A time to reinvent yourself and try new things.

  • Getting Supplies: Maybe you're really organized and have had your new materials for weeks, or It may feel like you've left this one till last and you're not really sure what you'll need. However, the first few days or weeks are for exactly this type of thing. So, head out for those notebooks, pens and pencils. Perhaps treat yourself to a new pencil case or rucksack. These items aren't just essential for a new term or course, but they can help us to feel prepared and to look forward to the year ahead.
